Tensyland is the facility for making prestressed beams and hollow core slabs. It is a process that comprises a series of high technology machines with a grinder as a central axis and which makes all kinds of profiles and measures on special tracks designed for this function.
A very important feature of this facility is its versatility, as it allows the manufacture of a large variety of parts, including prestressed alveolar slabs for stand construction and preslabs for areas inside large stadiums.
We now show you the three types of profiles for stands and interior areas of large stadiums made with Tensyland:
L-shaped slabs
Their function is to close the stands at the vertical points of each row. They are parts that offer lightness and thus free the support points of weight.
Hollow core slabs
They are layered on supports on the shutterwork structure. They bear large numbers of people and their width allows seats to be installed while leaving passing space.
Prestressed alveolar preslabs
They are placed in areas inside stadiums such as corridors and accesses in order to eliminate the formwork.
